Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
Mundelein, ILSeeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations for a small manufacturing organization.
This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling, stocking, shipping, and receiving of all mechanical parts and components.

- Inventory & Stocking Management:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all mechanical parts and components.
- Oversee the full stocking process, ensuring proper organization, location, and storage practices to maintain the quality and integrity of goods.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely move product to and from appropriate storage and staging areas.
- Shipping & Receiving Operations:
- Direct and coordinate all receiving and shipping for parts and components.
- Interface directly with various shipping companies (such as FedEx, UPS, and some trucking companies
- Schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve issues.
- Prepare accurate shipping labels and documentation (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists) for domestic and international shipments.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and outgoing shipments against customer orders for accuracy.
Ideal Experience:
- Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar operations role
- Knowledge of mechanical parts, components, and/or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations such as receiving, stocking, shipping, and inventory control.
- Experience in preparing shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
